MILLER DEVELOPMENT
Privacy & statistics
You choose whether to allow statistics. The website works just as well if you decline.
Who is responsible?
Miller Development AB is responsible for the personal data we process through this website. Contact us at info@millerdevelopment.se with questions about privacy or your rights.
What do we measure?
If you agree, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the website. Statistics include pages visited, language, referring sites or campaigns, browser and device information, approximate location and clicks on our email and phone links. A click does not tell us whether you actually sent a message or made a call. Analytics uses cookie identifiers to recognise a browser; we do not send names, email addresses or the content of messages to Analytics.
Your consent
The Google tag is loaded only after you allow statistics, and only on millerdevelopment.se or www.millerdevelopment.se. Declining sends no Analytics measurements from this installation. We do not enable advertising personalisation or Google signals in the website code. You can withdraw consent at any time using “Statistics settings” in the footer. We then stop this measurement and remove the Analytics cookies we can access. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you changed your choice.
Storage and cookies
We store your choice in your browser’s local storage for up to 180 days. This is used only to remember your preference. If you accept, Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_…. We configure their lifetime to 180 days without extending it on each visit. Clearing browser storage resets your choice. The retention of data already collected by Google is governed by the settings in our Analytics account; aggregated reports can be kept longer than detailed user and event data.
Google’s processing
Google Ireland Limited supplies Analytics in the EEA. Data may also be processed outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States, under Google’s applicable data processing terms and transfer safeguards. Read how Google uses data from partner sites and Google’s data processing terms.
Your rights and contact
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data, and data portability. You can withdraw your consent through the footer. For other requests, contact us at the address above. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
When you contact us
The website has no contact form. If you email or call us, we use the information you provide to handle your enquiry and any subsequent business relationship. That information is separate from website statistics.
